Who is responsible for your data
Olga Lavrenova, operating as Ol-Ways, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For questions or to exercise your data-protection rights, email coaching@ol-ways.net.
What data is collected and why
Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form or contact Ol-Ways directly, the data may include your name, email address, telephone number or LinkedIn profile, the contents of your message, and subsequent correspondence. It is used only to understand and respond to your enquiry, arrange a conversation, and take steps you request before potentially entering into a coaching or consultancy agreement.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request before entering into a contract). Where an enquiry is not connected with a potential contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in responding to communications about Ol-Ways services.
Booking a conversation
The booking calendar is provided by Calendly and loads only when you choose “Open Calendar” or another booking button. Calendly processes the information you enter and technical data needed to provide the booking service. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Calendly’s own privacy information is available in its booking interface and on the Calendly Privacy Notice.
Website security and delivery
Technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, request details, timestamps, and security signals may be processed to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website.
Cloudflare Turnstile
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to distinguish people from automated traffic. It runs in the background and may process limited browser and device signals, including the IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent header, site key, and the website origin. Turnstile does not receive the information you type into the form.
Ol-Ways uses Turnstile to protect the form and website from spam and misuse based on its legitimate interest in network and information security under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare acts as a processor when providing this protection and also describes limited processing it performs as a controller to improve bot detection. Learn more in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Who receives your data
Personal data is shared only where needed to operate the website and respond to you. Service providers include:
- Cloudflare, for website delivery, security, form processing, and Turnstile verification;
- Resend, for securely delivering contact-form messages by email;
- Calendly, when you choose to open and use the booking calendar; and
- email and IT service providers used to receive, store, and reply to correspondence.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards are relied on as required by Chapter V GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or approved Standard Contractual Clauses. Personal data is not sold.
How long data is kept
Enquiry and correspondence data is normally kept for up to 12 months after the last communication. If a professional relationship begins, relevant records may be kept for the duration of that relationship and afterwards for as long as required by applicable accounting, tax, or legal rules, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Security logs and Turnstile data are retained according to the applicable provider’s retention settings and policies. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise a right, email coaching@ol-ways.net. Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to verify your identity. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
Is providing data required?
You do not have to provide personal data through this website. However, a name and a way to contact you are necessary to answer a form enquiry, and the booking details requested by Calendly are necessary to schedule a conversation. There is no automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
