Today, I bring a broader perspective across strategy, operations, teams, consumers and customers, and building collaborative teams that deliver sustainable growth. I lead businesses and build organizations that deliver results — as Managing Director of HEINEKEN Bulgaria, and previously through senior commercial leadership roles across Russia and Bulgaria.

I am driven by interest and a desire to understand how things work in detail. I naturally build partnerships and networks, and foster environments where people feel connected, trusted, and accountable for performance.
